13.1 phmanalo's services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
13.2 phmanalo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If phmanalo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted and the associated account will be closed immediately.
