Last Updated: 1 January 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and phmanalo ("phmanalo", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the phmanalo website at phmanalo.app and all associated services, games, and features therein. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing a wager through phmanalo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phmanalo Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
2.3 These Terms apply to all areas of the phmanalo Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, esports betting, sports wagering, and promotional features.
Important: Continued use of the phmanalo Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phmanalo recommends reviewing this page periodically.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phmanalo Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by phmanalo. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
3.2 Age Verification. phmanalo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending documentation, and any funds held in such accounts will be dealt with in accordance with phmanalo's KYC procedures.
3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The phmanalo Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are responsible for determining the legality of their participation under applicable local law. phmanalo does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions and reserves the right to block access from such territories.
3.4 Single Account Policy. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on phmanalo. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited, at phmanalo's discretion.
21+ Requirement: Gambling is strictly for adults. phmanalo employs age verification controls in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed.
4.1 To access real-money gaming services on phmanalo, you must complete the registration process, which requires provision of the following information: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and creation of a secure password.
4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent KYC process is accurate, complete, current, and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
4.3 phmanalo reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
4.4 Players are required to complete phmanalo's full KYC verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's licence, valid Philippine passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.
4.5 A phmanalo Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any balance held therein to any other person.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmanalo login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phmanalo will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
5.2 You agree to notify phmanalo immediately via the support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phmanalo will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 phmanalo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your registered Philippine mobile number. This feature is available in Account Settings and provides an additional layer of security beyond your password.
5.4 All activity conducted through your phmanalo Account — including any wagers placed — will be deemed authorised by you unless you have previously notified phmanalo of a security breach. phmanalo accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
6.1 phmanalo accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player tier, and are displayed at the point of transaction.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your phmanalo wallet in Philippine Pesos (PHP). GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time; bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the issuing institution.
6.4 phmanalo does not impose fees on standard deposit transactions. Your e-wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which phmanalo accepts no responsibility.
6.5 All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phmanalo reserves the right to return deposits received from payment accounts not matching the registered name on the phmanalo Account.
phmanalo does not hold Player funds in the same accounts as operating funds. Player balances are maintained in segregated accounts to protect them in the ordinary course of operations.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your phmanalo Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 phmanalo will process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification: GCash and Maya — same day for verified accounts; bank transfers — one (1) to three (3) business days.
7.4 phmanalo reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
7.5 Real money funds and bonus funds are subject to separate withdrawal treatment. Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
7.6 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or erroneous credit to your Account, phmanalo reserves the right to reverse any such transaction and recover any funds incorrectly credited, including from your available balance.
8.1 phmanalo offers various promotional offers including, without limitation, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Bonus funds credited to your phmanalo Account are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
8.3 phmanalo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has commenced participation, reasonable efforts will be made to honour accrued benefits to the extent reasonably practicable.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, using automated tools, colluding with other Players, or exploiting errors in promotion mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phmanalo reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the Account of any Player found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
8.5 phmanalo is the sole authority in determining whether a Player's wagering pattern constitutes abuse of a promotion. Decisions made by phmanalo in this regard are final.
9.1 Each game available on phmanalo is subject to individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
9.2 phmanalo's slot games, table games, and live casino titles operate using either independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or physical equipment in a regulated live dealer studio. Applicable return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.
9.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live game or slot session, phmanalo's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. 10.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on phmanalo:
10.2 phmanalo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, forfeit all associated balances, and report relevant information to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as required.
11.1 All content on the phmanalo Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, interface design, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual content, is the proprietary property of phmanalo or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phmanalo content.
11.3 The phmanalo name, logo, and associated marks are registered or common-law trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial context is strictly prohibited.

12.2 By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform.
12.3 phmanalo will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement, where required by law or necessary for platform operations.
13.1 phmanalo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from Account Settings at any time:
13.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from phmanalo should contact our support team, who will action the request promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, phmanalo will endeavour to prevent access to the Account and will not market to the excluded Player during the exclusion period.

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmanalo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:
14.2 phmanalo's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the value of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phmanalo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
15.1 phmanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time for any of the following reasons:
15.2 Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms or due to fraudulent activity, phmanalo reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15.3 Players who wish to close their Accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting phmanalo's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be refunded to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
16.1 If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the phmanalo Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat at phmanalo.app or by email. phmanalo's support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
16.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by phmanalo's support team, you may escalate the matter to phmanalo's designated complaints manager. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within fourteen (14) business days.
16.3 Disputes regarding game outcomes will be reviewed against phmanalo's server-side transaction logs, which shall be the definitive record of all game activity. phmanalo's determination of game outcomes based on server logs is final.
16.4 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to pursue legal remedies available under applicable Philippine law.
17.1 phmanalo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
17.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the phmanalo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and notify phmanalo's support team.
18.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
18.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
18.3 The phmanalo Platform operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the regulatory environment applicable to their use of the Platform.
